Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business operations, vendor relations, and partner management effectively.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between consultants, vendors, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure premium customer experience standards.
  • Optimize operational systems and ensure timely, quality execution of all phases.
  • Present regular progress reports and strategic updates to the Owner-Investor.

Who Should Apply
Education:

  • Preferably MBA / Executive Degree from top-tier institutions like IIMs, IITs, ISB, SP Jain, UBS, NMIMS, etc.(Exceptional candidates without such degrees but with proven leadership and execution capabilities will also be considered).

Experience & Skills:

  • Ideal: 4+ years of relevant experience in hospitality and events industry (lesser experience will be considered for exceptional, highly capable candidates, having shown significant aptitude in education and skill set).
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver outcomes.
  • Expertise in vendor management, team leadership, brand building, and business operations.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or premium lifestyle projects will be highly valued.
  • Strong negotiation, public interaction, and stakeholder management skills.
